We are looking for a Software Engineer with commercial .Net development experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, creative, intelligent, and interested in working in a small but growing environment where productivity, not hierarchy determines career growth.

To be successful in this position, the candidate will experience in the design, architecture specification, analysis, development and maintenance of a complex web-based software product. The successful candidate will be able to handle an increased amount of responsibility that may not be available in a larger, corporate environment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties include:

Contributing to the design and development of the overall solution architecture Designing, implementing and maintaining core business logic components and their associated data structures and stored procedures Mentoring and managing junior developers. Bug fixing/maintenance and documentation.

Skills Required:

8+ years experience as a senior level software developer. The experience should include Design, architecture specification and development of a software platform that supports enterprise-class web-based applications Database design and stored procedure implementation (having both Oracle 9+ & SQL Server 2005 a plus) Solid foundation in object oriented analysis and design Technical lead of complex project(s) 7+ years experience with XML 2+ years with XSLT experience designing Xml Schemas, including knowledge of XSD best practices 2+ years with ASP.NET/HTML+CSS, including development of custom controls & usage of 3rd party UI components 4+ years experience with C# 4+ years experience with .NET 1.1 (.NET 2.0 a major plus) Background in C++ (at least 4 years development experience) Data mining Algorithm design 4+ years experience in designing re-usable frameworks Experience within financial services industry.
