Founded by technology pioneers coming from well-known software development companies, ObjectDev management has a combined 30 years experience providing cutting-edge solutions to top Fortune 1000 companies.

ObjectDev was founded on the principle of simplifying the software development life cycle by utilizing objects to "build" software. Over the years our group has delivered hundreds of business applications ranging from simple e-commerce applications to very critical complex enterprise applications.

Realizing that most applications share very common ground, we decided to build a library of objects which would help us as a group deliver applications more rapidly to our clients. The demand for the software to change by the business has risen drastically over the past several years. Business no longer can wait for the long development process to finish delivering products to market. Software must accommodate these changes rapidly. ObjectDev has built a set of tools which complement the respective objects used in the software which is delivered. These tools have been engineered with the business in mind. Once our applications are deployed, these tools can be used by the non-technical business person to accommodate most changes required as the business demands.

Translating business requirements into software is always challenging. At ObjectDev we believe using proven methodologies and design patterns assist in the entire software development lifecycle. We follow the Agile Software Development methodology and try to adhere to the Microsoft design patterns.

Our team is comprised of offshore and onshore resources. All our project managers, architects and leaders are located onshore. Coders (or as we like to call them: "labor" workers), are located offshore. Our offshore team is located in Russia, Ukraine, China, and India.

The onsite team which consists of software architect’s and project manager’s work closely with you to analyze, define and architect the solution at your offices. This mitigates most of the common risks with outsourcing development since the requirements analysis, design and architecture is done physically onshore thereby the offshore team only has to worry about implementation….
